标题: Highly efficient halide perovskite light emitting diode assisted by small organic molecules
摘要:
Solution-processed halide perovskites have been recognized as a new class of photoactive materials for next-generation low-cost, high-performance optoelectronics, such as perovskite solar cells, perovskite lasers, perovskite detectors, and perovskite light-emitting diodes (PeLEDs) with high brightness, high color purity, and tunable color across the entire visible range. In this talk, we will review recent advances in organic-inorganic PeLEDs and all-inorganic PeLEDs assisted by different small organic molecules, including: 1) Hole transporting materials; 2) Electron transporting materials; 3) Bipolar transporting materials. And the related physical mechanism of interface physical process and exciton confinement will also be discussed.
