Thanks for kind supports to SOPO 2019 which will be held in August 17-19, Xi'an, China.

1. Please download Updated Schedule Program and confirm that you will make the presentation per to the schedule.
Presentation Time: The authors who attend technical oral sessions should prepare PowerPoint or PDF files for presentation (about 15 minutes). Other facilities will be provided by us.

2. Venue: Xi’an Grand Dynasty Culture Hotel (西安古都文化大酒店)
Superior Single (one big bed):RMB330/night (about USD55, including breakfast for one person)
Standard Room (two beds): RMB380/night (about USD60, including breakfast for two persons)

3. Paper Publication. The proceedings will be published after the conference and then submitted to Ei for indexing. If you would like to publish a paper, please finish the payment, final paper and copyright uploading before July 5 guarantee the publication.

4. One Day Tour.
Time: 7:30 am-18:00 pm, August 20
Place: Terra Cotta Warriors (兵马俑) and HuaQing Palace (华清宫)
Price: RMB360 (USD60) including lunch
Picking up: Hotel Lobby
NOTE: we will have the tour with other travel groups together and there is NO English tour guide. Our staff will come with you.

5. VISA to China. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need any help on the VISA application.

6. Please attend the Opening Ceremony and Plenary Speech Sessions on time to show your respect to all Speakers.
